ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing government-related transactions, coordinating with public authorities, and facilitating smooth communication between the company and external entities. • The role also includes handling financial follow-ups such as collecting payments from clients and coordinating with utility authorities including Ministry offices, National Water Company (NWC), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), and other relevant entities. • • Follow up and collect payments from clients in a timely manner. • • Coordinate with finance/accounts teams regarding outstanding invoices and collections. • Maintain accurate payment tracking records and reports.
A Corporate Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images of employees across various company events and occasions. This role includes organizing and conducting photoshoots for individual portraits, team photos, corporate headshots, internal events, and special company activities.
Responsible for taking professional photos of employees during company events and for official use (ID cards, profiles, etc.), ensuring high-quality images and basic editing.
