Description
Develop a comprehensive understanding of local government regulations, particularly those pertaining to licensing, visa issuance, and residence procedures.
Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses, and government approvals, adhering strictly to legal requirements and avoiding any penalties.
Process, record, and securely handle all government-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations. Handle online records and fulfil requirements mandated.
Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and documentation to the local government bodies, including but not limited to Trade License, labour permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.
Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Licenses renewal, miscellaneous jobs, and Business Licences to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
Help the team in administrative coordination.
Requirements
Strong background of the U.A.E. Labor law
Experience in similar position in Dubai
Administration skills
Good Oral & written English
Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly on Immigration rules and regulation
Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.
Great organizational skills
This role is reserved to UAE nationals.
