Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) in UAE
Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing
efficient support
for government-related services, including visas, permits, licensing, and employee/dependent assistance, while staying updated on regulatory changes and managing urgent tasks with priority. Coordinate and facilitate:
Employment permits, entry visas, and medical examinations for employees.
Residence visas, renewals, and cancellations for employees and their dependents.
Passport renewals for expatriates and their families. Administer:
Business licenses, tax remittances, and compliance with UAE government departments (e.g., Economic Department, Municipality, Ministry of Finance).Entry visas for global business visitors. Liaise with:
Embassies and foreign diplomatic missions to facilitate business visits, and the UAE Immigration for visa processing. Provide expert guidance on government procedures and ensure accurate records are maintained. Handle complex tasks, such as medical/police procedures in emergencies, with discretion and efficiency. Adapt to and implement changes in government rules and regulations promptly. Manage urgent tasks effectively, prioritizing and accomplishing them within tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a similar job with strong experience with government organizations and embassies. Educational background: at least completion of Secondary
Education
