We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Egypt Operations Compliance team as a PRO, focusing on operating licenses and permits for operational sites.
Key job responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with relevant departments, authorities, and bodies to resolve permitting issues.
Support management in maintaining and archiving government compliance documents for inspection purposes.
Create dashboards and flowcharts to process and display progress.
Maintain a tracker for all compliance-related actions and provide weekly updates.
Create a permit renewal tracker, coordinate with document providers, and ensure timely availability of documents.
Assist management in launching new operational sites.
Visit operational and construction sites to ensure compliance, raise awareness, and report issues.
Coordinate site visits, including fleet management and site leader alignment.
Follow up with consultants on building audit projects.
Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as required.
Conduct out-of-office visits, including external meetings and site visits.
Basic qualifications
10-15 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in permitting and military/Civil Defense experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in permitting logistics or warehouse operations.
