Responsibilities:
Interaction with government agencies.
Accompanying clients to government agencies to resolve administrative issues.
Ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations.
Preparing and filing necessary documents with the appropriate authorities.
Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and informing management of possible consequences.
When the need arises, representing the company in various offices such as ministries/municipalities and other government agencies.
Requirements:
Higher
education
in law, business administration or related disciplines.
Experience of
1 to 3 years in a similar position in the UAE.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
Excellent
communication skills
and ability to interact effectively with government officials.
Knowledge of local laws and procedures related to visas and permits.
Possession of a driver’s license and own vehicle is desirable.
Must have experience working with government agencies such as DED, RERA, Ministry of Labor and Immigration, MOHRE, etc.
