Public Relation Officer (Own Visa) Jobs in Dubai at icons business setup llc
Job Scope:
Develop and implement cost-control procedures to monitor project budgets and operational expenses.
Prepare project cost reports, variance analysis, and monthly cost control reports for management review.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to track and verify material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Monitor budget commitments vs. actual expenses and flag deviations or potential overruns.
Analyze cost drivers, recommend cost-saving measures, and provide insights to optimize spending.
Ensure proper allocation of costs across projects, departments, and cost centers.
Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts against budgeted rates.
Establish and maintain a Cost Database for materials, manpower, and services.
Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and project profitability analysis.
Support internal audits by providing cost-related data and documentation.
Work closely with project teams to ensure costs are captured accurately in the ERP system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction, landscaping, or contracting industries.
Strong understanding of cost control principles, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
