Roles and Responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end company formation in Free Zones
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with Free Zone authorities and government departments
- Advise clients on jurisdiction selection and regulatory requirements
- Support basic commercial and accounting-related documentation
Experience Required
- Proven experience in new company establishment in DMCC and other UAE Free Zones
- Hands-on experience in arranging visas for company owners and employees
- Ability to recommend suitable Free Zone jurisdictions based on business requirements
- Basic accounting and commercial knowledge to support business setup and compliance activities
