Overview We’re on the lookout for

and motivated talent to join our Pub Cubs Internship as Designer/Art Director Interns . Join us and gain
hands-on experience
in design/art direction by supporting the creation and execution of creative assets across print, digital, and broadcast media. You’ll play a key role in brainstorming concepts, assisting in design execution, and refining
visual storytelling
while gaining invaluable insights into real-world campaign development.

Duration: 10 weeks (June 16th – August 21st ) Paid internship What you need to know: As part of your application, it is mandatory for you to complete an online assessment within 48 hours of your application. By applying, you’re signing up for the whole program from June 16th until August 21st , 2025. You’ll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so ensure you have the necessary visa or residency.
You will need to provide your own laptop for this internship. As this will be a paid internship, selected candidates will be asked to provide supporting documents to finalize their contract. How you’ll make an impact: Work closely with Art Directors and Designers to assist in day-to-day tasks, creating layouts and designs for assigned projects using Adobe Creative Suite programs.
Participate in designing and producing online content, including social media and display banners. Collaborate with creative teams to create stories and content supporting our campaign platforms and narratives. Support in developing websites and mobile apps based on wireframes and managing projects from the concept to the realization phase. Assist in ensuring that design and content are consistent across all platforms.
Collaborate with Creatives, UX and Developers to deliver digital output of the highest quality. Stay informed on emerging creative digital trends to contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions. Make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insights and a unique point of view. All
About You:
Currently enrolled in or have recently completed an undergraduate program in Graphic Design,
Visual Arts
, Advertising, or a related field. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is a must. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a plus. Motivated and willing to learn within a
fast-paced
and
dynamic environment
. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Committed to approaching situations and individuals with honesty, integrity, and humility.
