Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in KSA. This role plays a critical part in driving high‑impact projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a complex financial services environment. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
- Ensuring project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinating project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining effective communication across project participants.
- Monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
- Tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensuring adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
- Strong background in banking or financial services.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital‑related initiatives.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
