* Proven track record of delivering complex IT or Contact Center transformation projects, ideally in
** CX, telecommunications, cloud, or CRM environments**.
* Strong experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional delivery teams.
* Solid understanding of project financials (budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition).
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Arabic.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and deliver under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office suite, and other project management or collaboration tools.

* Education & Experience:
** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent field with
** 8+ years
** of relevant project management experience; OR Master’s Degree with
** 3+ years
** of relevant experience.
* ** Project Management Certification:
** PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
* ** Genesys Cloud Certification:
** e.g., Genesys Cloud Professional.
* Familiarity with Genesys CX solutions or similar cloud-based contact center platforms.
