About the Role
We are seeking a Provider Management Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day coordination of U.S. Nurse Practitioners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare operations who can effectively manage provider relationships and ensure smooth clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and interview Nurse Practitioner applicants.
- Verify provider qualifications, licenses, and required documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and employment documentation.
- Train providers on company portals, EHR systems, and workflows.
- Conduct weekly training and onboarding sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers.
- Monitor daily provider activities, perform audits, and provide feedback.
- Escalate operational issues to management when required.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, Legal, Billing, and Finance teams.
- Assist with provider payment coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with healthcare operations, provider coordination, or telehealth is preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and U.S. healthcare workflows is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare providers is preferred.
