About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for government and commercial opportunities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop compliant, competitive, and winning bids while ensuring timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.

Coordinate technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.

Review RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure proposal compliance.

Develop commercial proposals and support pricing activities.

Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and submissions.

Support customer clarifications and pre‑award negotiations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in proposal or bid management.

Experience with government or defence sector tenders is preferred.

Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
