Job Summary
Responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for piling, foundation, diaphragm wall, and geotechnical projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and operations teams during tender preparation.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare method statements, project schedules, and technical clarifications.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries.
- Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bids.
- Maintain tender records and support contract handover after award.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/tendering for piling, foundation, or geotechnical projects.
- Strong knowledge of piling, diaphragm wall, ground improvement, and geotechnical construction methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and proposal preparation skills.
