We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Support training and development initiatives.
Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and handle administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
