Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) with experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker with an understanding of the advertising industry, able to handle government and regulatory processes, and provide seamless operational support. A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car are must.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison: Manage all communication and documentation with UAE government authorities (e.g., Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Labor, Immigration, etc.).
Permits and Licenses: Handle the issuance and renewal of relevant business permits and licenses, particularly for OOH advertising projects.
Visa Processing: Oversee employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and any other related services for both local and international staff.
Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all local regulations, including labor laws, trade licenses, and advertising industry-specific requirements.
Advertising Approvals: Coordinate the necessary government approvals for advertising campaigns, including billboards, signage, and other OOH materials.
Contract Management: Assist with contract execution and renewals, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Vehicle & Transport: Manage all vehicle-related documentation and compliance with government regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support in handling internal operations related to PRO functions and advertising projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure smooth processes and execution of business plans.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a PRO role, preferably with exposure to OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising and media.
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Driving: Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car for transportation within Dubai.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE government processes and regulations, particularly related to visas, labor laws, and advertising.
Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately or with minimal notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Outdoor advertising or media agencies is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with government authorities and internal teams.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work independently.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
