You will play a key role in creating stunning visual content that highlights the unique features of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality images of properties for marketing purposes.
Style and stage properties to enhance visual appeal (if necessary).
Edit and retouch photographs to meet brand standards.
Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and clients to ensure their vision is achieved.
Manage and maintain photography equipment.
Meet tight deadlines while delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property, architectural, or interior photography.
Proficiency with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
Your own professional photography equipment (camera, lenses, tripod, lighting, etc.).
A keen eye for detail and composition.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driving license and access to reliable transport (if travel is required).
