We are seeking a Property Operations Manager for a real estate company located in the southern part of Riyadh – Al-Aziziyah district. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating real estate portfolios, including contracts, leasing, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate real estate portfolios (contracts, leasing, marketing).
- Supervise work teams (accounting, collections, maintenance, and monitoring).
- Prepare reports (revenues, expenses, budgeting, and performance indicators).
- Develop operational procedures (increase productivity, improve services, and reduce costs).
- Attract talent (participate in recruitment, interviews, and candidate evaluation).
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in asset management or real estate operations (previous experience in leading and managing work teams is preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of real estate regulations and systems (Ejari platform, General Authority for Real Estate).
- Leadership and management skills (decision-making, problem-solving, and time management).
- Possession of a valid driving license (and marketing and management of assets).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
