Property Manager (Chinese speaking) Jobs in Dubai at MH Markets

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Develop and post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective placement of employees.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns or issues.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Resolve conflicts and mediate between employees to ensure a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Support managers in setting performance goals for employees.
Help track and assess employee performance.
Assist in creating and implementing employee development plans.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and help implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with training providers to ensure employees receive necessary training.

Benefits and Compensation:

Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with compensation regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave, absences, and time off.

Compliance:

Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing reports for legal compliance and audits.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in HR software or databases.
Handle HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Prepare HR reports on metrics like turnover, recruitment, or training efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles (typically 1-3 years).
Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
