What You’ll Do
- Proactively build a portfolio and pipeline of properties.
- Call landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle, and database sheets to sell the benefits of Property Management to them.
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the landlord.
- Consistently meet targets.
- Manage the process of a tenant moving into and vacating a property and any maintenance issues which may arise.
- Hit company KPI’s on Google and Feefo customer reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role.
- Driving license and a car is preferred.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.
- Experience speaking to clients over the telephone in a persuasive manner.
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Confident working in a commission-focused environment – high risk, high reward.
