We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain property value, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Coordinate leasing activities including property viewings, agreements, and renewals
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and expenses
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and regulations, including UAE real estate and tenancy laws
- Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy
- Manage service contracts, utilities, and facility operations
- Handle tenant move-in and move-out procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of property management principles
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and tenancy laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property management
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
