Property Manager Jobs in Dubai at Art Room
The property manager will oversee the diverse portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties while providing exceptional services to tenants and property owners.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate secondary market transaction, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and market practices.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA requirements, and government regulations
Oversee the entire documentation cycle, including transfer processes, title deeds, and other legal paperwork.
Liaise with government department to ensure timely submission and processing of required documents
Manage day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive living/working environment.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenditures and oversee rent collections. Provide financial reports to management/owners.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Conduct property showings and manage the leasing process.
Provide regular updates to managing director regarding property performance, tenant reviews, and any emerging issues.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Education & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
Competencies
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
