Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned hospitality properties, ensuring smooth functionality and maintenance of facilities.
Conduct routine property inspections to ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
Address and resolve tenant concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, acting as the main point of contact for all property-related matters.
Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and address any violations or disputes.
Coordinate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs incollaborationwith leasing teams.
Prepare, implement, and monitor operating budgets for the assigned properties.
Oversee rent collections, manage delinquencies, and generate monthly financial reports.
Approve expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in all property operations.
Select, manage, and evaluate vendors and service providers for maintenance and operations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best services within budget constraints.
Ensure timely completion of vendor work and compliance with agreed terms.
Supervise and mentor property management staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with property objectives.
Foster a positive,collaborative, andresults-orientedwork environment.
Ensure properties adhere to all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate andup-to-datedocumentation for audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.
Identify and mitigate risks to the properties through proactive measures.
Generate detailed reports on property performance, including financials, occupancy, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant retention.
Collaborate withsenior managementto identify opportunities for value addition and expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5 Years
Strong knowledge of property management principles
Excellentcommunicationand negotiation skills
