The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join thedynamicteam of our client based in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the management and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction for our tenants. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance requests, and implementing property management best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach toproblem-solvingin afast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.

At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in a property / asset management environment, with experience in coordinating property management activities.

Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors.

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.

Demonstratedproblem-solving skillsand a proactive approach to addressing tenant issues and property maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in afast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
