Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager to lead the construction of large industrial factories and manufacturing plants from the ground up in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in overseeing full project life cycles, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the construction of large-scale industrial projects.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution from start to completion.
Ensure compliance with Dubai construction laws & regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficiency.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks.
Optimize materials, costs, and timelines for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant construction.
Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and industry best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and structural analysis software.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
