Overview:

The Property Coordinator acts as a key liaison between property owners, real estate agents, and tenants, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of leasing processes. This role focuses on coordinating property-related activities, addressing tenant concerns, and supporting leasing transactions while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between property owners, agents, and tenants.

Ensure clear and timely communication regarding leasing agreements, property updates, and tenant concerns.

Lease & Agreement Management:

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing lease agreements.

Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Support lease renewals, amendments, and termination procedures.

Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Experience in property management and leasing
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Understanding of landlord-tenant law and conflict management
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
Administrative experience with data entry and filing
Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
