We are looking for Passionate and Energetic candidates to join our team as Relationship Property Consultant in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales to the company
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
What we need:
a proven performance record in Real Estate Industry
Proactive Passionate about Real Estate, Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
Friendly, pleasant personality, tidy appearance, well organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills in
Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
UAE Driving license (Advantage)
