Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for experienced and driven Secondary Market Property Consultants and Leasing Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, the secondary market, and property transaction processes
- Existing listings with complete documentation are highly preferredProfessional-level English communication skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immediately
- Previous experience as an area specialist is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Strong client-qualifying, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in taking initiative
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service
- Multilingual candidates have an added advantage
