Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and present residential and commercial properties.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Stay informed about the UAE real estate market, property trends, and new project launches.
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Previous experience in real estate sales is mandatory (Minimum 6 months in UAE real estate)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.
