Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative and self-motivated professional with a passion for marketing, social media, and content creation. This role involves managing digital platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and producing high-quality photo and video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Respond to social media interactions and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
Capture, edit, and enhance photos and videos for social media, website content, and marketing materials.
Produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, reels, and advertisements.
Maintain brand consistency in all visual content and ensure high-quality output.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with content trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
Organize and manage media files efficiently for easy access and future use.
Prepare reports on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience insights.
Organize and oversee promotional events, sponsorship initiatives, and corporate marketing activities.
Ensure timely delivery of all edited content to support marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field (Required).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of social media marketing and content creation experience (Preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing trends.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies for better engagement.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail in visual content.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
