Position Summary
We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, assisting clients with property requirements, and driving successful transactions in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory
- Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
