Position Summary

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, assisting clients with property requirements, and driving successful transactions in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals
  • Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory
  • Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business development
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
