Role Description
The Property Consultant | Real Estate Advisor | Residential & Investment Properties role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, the consultant advises clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and investment properties, including conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms. Daily activities include maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, conducting property and area research, and building a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and follow‑ups.
The consultant manages client inquiries, provides clear information on financing options and transaction procedures, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders (such as property owners, developers, and financial institutions) to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves preparing documentation, updating CRM systems, and meeting sales and service targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Knowledge of Property Management practices, including coordinating property viewings, handling tenancy‑related matters, and maintaining property records.
- Understanding of Investments and Finance to explain investment opportunities, returns, and basic financing options to clients.
- Proven ability to work in a target‑driven sales environment, with negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market, relevant regulations, and transaction processes is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online property listing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
