Responsibilities:
– Assist clients in renting residential properties across Dubai.
– Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities.
– Arrange property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Collaborate with senior agents and management to develop sales strategies.
– Negotiate property prices and terms under guidance.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
– Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions and industry developments.
