Job Summary:
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking a highly analytical Business Report Analyst to support our Business Development (BD) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide key insights that drive strategic decision-making. The Business Report Analyst will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, data validation, and gap analysis to enhance operational efficiency and optimize future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data from relevant departments involved in BD projects and initiatives.
Compile, validate, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visual analytics tools.
Identify trends, patterns, and gaps in data to improve business strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Provide regular reports and presentations to BD leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by implementing best practices in reporting and analytics.
Support decision-making by delivering clear and concise analytical reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in report analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.
Experience in business development reporting is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
