Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and market conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
Stay updated on the real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and property portals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Ensure a smooth transaction process for all clients, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
