Job Overview:
Maverick Realty is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Consultant to join our team on a lease basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and facilitating property transactions. As a self-employed consultant, you will bear operational costs while benefiting from the office infrastructure and visa support provided by Maverick Realty.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their property needs and providing suitable property options.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about property trends, market demands, pricing, and competitors.
Property Listings & Showings: Source new property listings, schedule property viewings, and guide clients through the property selection process.
Negotiations & Deals: Negotiate property deals between landlords and tenants, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and in compliance with legal requirements.
Documentation: Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary documentation to ensure smooth and legally binding transactions.
Marketing & Advertising: Promote available properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and personal networks, to attract clients.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the leasing process and after the transaction is complete, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and KPIs related to property leases.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
Strong understanding of the local property market and leasing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices.
Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
Access to a personal network or potential clients is an advantage.
