Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude toward helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by following company protocols and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Follow all company guidelines and ensure that customer interactions are compliant with industry standards.
Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and work to de-escalate customer frustrations.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Proficiency in using call center software, computers, and other office equipment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods.
Comfortable using a headset and telephone equipment.
Ability to type and navigate through various software systems.
Salary: [2500 AED +Commission]
