About the Role
Black Hills Homes Properties is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about sales and real estate, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate property transactions and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Arabic additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
