Responsibilities:
AchievingSales targets/ Monthly KPIs.
Stay up to date with the property market and new launches in the market.
Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
Ensure all inquiries are attended to promptly.
Follow-up with the clients/leads regularly.
Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
Follow the company’s policy and procedures to ensure the quality and legality of all transactions.
Identify new business opportunities.
Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisor-client relationships.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Real Estate Sales in the U.A.E. for at least 2 years is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
Strong negotiator.
Ability to work independently with great dedication.
Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
UAE driving license.(Preferred)
Salary Plus Commission Based
