Job Summary
Amlak One Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong client portfolio.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Promote available properties through online portals, social media, and networking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
