Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing detailed information to potential buyers/renters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Prepare and present property listings, market analyses, and sales proposals.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
