Property Advisor Jobs in Dubai at Sky Aims Real Estate LLC
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Provide personalized solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct courtesy calls and encourage customers to complete surveys.
Manage service requests via email, calls, web portals, and other channels.
Coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and maintain updated homeowner data.
Monitor community expenses and ensure compliance with policies.
Maintain office organization and ensure high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
Assist in procurement, documentation, and record-keeping.
Cover tasks for colleagues in their absence.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and conduct regular audits.
Ensure compliance with JOP Law and company policies.
Complete additional tasks as assigned, including training, site inspections, and document preparation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree. M-100 certification is a plus.
Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant role, preferably in a medium to large organization.
Advanced communication and computer skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Intermediate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
