International Human Resources Company (iHR) is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of Projects & Operations Manager.
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah
Job Purpose
Lead and oversee projects and daily operations, ensuring successful project delivery, operational excellence, quality compliance, and profitability while managing engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through final handover
- Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans
- Lead engineering and technical teams across multiple projects
- Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders
- Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery
- Oversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements
- Establish operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contracting
- Proven experience managing engineering and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (MS Project or Primavera is a plus)
