We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of ride operators at our amusement park. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing large teams and ensuring smooth operations of amusement rides.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational strategies for ride operators to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
– Hire, train, and manage a team of ride operators to ensure they are knowledgeable on ride operations and safety procedures
– Create and enforce policies and procedures for ride operators to follow, including daily checklists and maintenance schedules
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between ride operators and other park staff
– Monitor ride performance and guest feedback to continuously improve operations and guest experience
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ride operators to ensure high standards are met
– Handle any guest concerns or complaints regarding ride operations and provide timely resolution
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in amusement park operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of amusement ride safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
– Experience in budget management and cost control
