Job Description
Responsible for managing the company awarded projects, which involves controlling and monitoring all activities related to the project to meet the project specifications and schedule set and agreed in the contract with the client. Ensures the smooth running of the project during the execution, problem solving, decision making, and focal point between AIC and client.
Desired Candidate Profile
Coordinates and assigns jobs to project team and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to accomplish the high quality project output and achieve deadlines.
Facilitates the definition of project scope, defines project tasks and resource requirements, develops full scale of project plans, schedules project timelines and leads in the implementation of project at all stages in order to achieve the required goals and deliverables.
Controls and maintains project budget and project resource allocation in order to run within fixed budget.
Constantly monitors project progress and provides progress reports on a timely manner as defined in the contract to Management and Client.
Evaluates project progress towards defining interventions and solutions to problems encountered in the execution of the project in order to achieve the project desired outputs.
Interfaces with Site Engineers and Project Manager on the execution of project activities towards planning results.
Attends client meetings, queries, request, and furnish updated project reports.
Follows up issuance of invoices on time as per contract unit prices and method of measurement, and coordinates with Finance and client for payment.
