Job Title-Project Manager – Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to manage and deliver interior fit-out and construction projects, including G+1 buildings, from planning and mobilization through completion and handover. The candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, project coordination, and site management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete fit-out projects from project initiation to final handover.
- Plan and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Supervise G+1 construction and fit-out works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural, civil, MEP, structural, and specialist works.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and authority requirements.
- Manage Tarkhees-related requirements, inspections, documentation, and approvals, where applicable.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare project progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and required corrective actions.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections and approvals.
- Manage variations, interim payments, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct regular site meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Manage snagging, rectification, testing & commissioning, and final handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, and close-out documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in construction and interior fit-out project management, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing G+1 projects and complete fit-out works.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and UAE authorities.
- Tarkhees certification/experience with Tarkhees approvals is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, civil, MEP, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, procurement, and quality management.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6/MS Project is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
