experienced Professional

Level project manager to manage allphases of the project lifecycle including initialization resourceplanning risk management and stakeholder management. This is aclient facing role and candidates must be experienced in managingmultiple work streams simultaneously using both Agile and Waterfallmethodologies with the capability to learn and implement newtechnologies. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate theircapabilities in meeting project milestones schedules projectproduct and peoplemanagement.

Project Delivery Planning Defineproject scope goals and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with

senior management

andstakeholders.

Develop fullscale project plansand associated communications documents

Liaisewith project stakeholders on an ongoingbasis

Draft and submit budget proposals andrecommend subsequent budget changes wherenecessary.

Identify and manage projectdependencies and critical path.

Plan andschedule project timelines and milestones using appropriatetools. Define project successcriteria and disseminate them to involve parties throughout projectlife cycle.

Manage andcontrol Project Execution Set  andcontinually manage project expectations with team members and otherstakeholders.

Track project milestones anddeliverables.

Develop and deliver progressreports proposals requirements documentation andpresentations.

Determine the frequency andcontent of status reports from the project team analyse results andtroubleshoot problem areas.

Proactively managechanges in project scope identify potential crises and devisecontingency plans.

Build develop and grow anybusiness relationship vital to the success of theproject.

To ensure thatthe Quality Management System is implemented and maintained toevaluate where continual improvement can be made.

Maintain properdocumentation of the project and keep them in a safelocation

By the end of the project update alessons learned document with all lessons learned from the projectin order to be avoided in the futureprojects.

Manage stakeholder throughout theproject

Effectively communicate projectexpectations to team members and stakeholder in a timely and clearfashion.

Maintain review meetings with allstakeholders to assure propercommunication.

Assure customers expectationsare met through proper

communication

.

Maintaincustomers satisfaction through proper customer relationsmanagement.

Manage Projects Resources Determine  andassess need for additional staff/ and or consultants and make theappropriate recruitment if necessary during projectcycle.

Delegate task and responsibilities toappropriate personnel.

Identify and resolveissues and conflicts within the projectteam.

Coach mentor motivate and superviseproject team members and contractors and influence them to takepositive action and accountability for their assignedwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in IT or Engineer

PMPCertified
