Projects Manager – Fitout & High-Quality Finishes

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Projects Manager who understands the ins and outs of fitout approvals, technical requirements, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion.
Secure approvals from ADDC, TAQA, Civil Defence, and relevant authorities.
Interpret and approve ventilation and electrical drawings in compliance with local regulations.
Manage asset lists, asset tagging, and work inspection reports to maintain proper documentation.
Develop strategies to sell the project to consultants and ensure client approvals.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to streamline project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies for faster approvals and smoother processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in fitout projects with high-end finishes.
Strong network and contacts within ADDC for faster approvals.
Expertise in ventilation and TAQA electrical drawings.
Knowledge of Civil Defence approval processes.
Ability to handle work inspections, asset tagging, and compliance documentation.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage consultants and secure client approvals.
UAE driving license is required.
