Layouts and Planning
• Understand various shop fittings and their design implications
• Ensure that all the designs and drawings are as per the company standards
• Ensure that all the drawings and designs are clear, concise, comprehensive, and complete
Onsite Coordination & Supervision
• Coordinate any construction and interior related work in the existing stores and new stores
• Supervise onsite the contractor laborers on the site and handle petty cash including the salaries
• Coordinate with Concept and Senior Architect / Architect for store design specifications and materials required
• Source and propose vendors for provision of material as per material specification
• Obtain material specifications and evaluate samples for suppliers for quality, cost and durability and suggest materials to be used as per design specification
• Prepare shop fitting requirements
• Procure approved material from suppliers
• Source contractors for any Carpentry, Electrical fittings, MEP related work for new and refurbishment of existing stores
• Prepare local Purchase Orders
Miscellaneous
• Keep oneself abreast of the latest building, furnishing, MEP materials available including shop fittings / elements etc.
• Monitor rates, technical capabilities and delivery quality of local vendors / suppliers, carpenters, fitters etc. for evaluation and award of contractual work
• File all drawings, quotations, Purchase Orders etc.
• Ensure compliance to Company policies and values
• Periodic Site supervision and reports
• Create new fixtures and furniture options in line with market trends
