Context

ProjecTTech is seeking an experienced Projects Director – Roads & Infrastructure to lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of major roads and infrastructure projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and project management teams.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, contracts, finance, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Manage client, consultant, contractor, and government stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Report project performance to executive management and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership of large-scale roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in project controls, contract management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Excellent commercial awareness, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
