Repton Al Barsha is seeking to recruit an outstanding Upper Junior School Science Teacher for August 2025.
Our Science department is an ambitious and growing team, excited to deliver IGCSE and A Level in the future. Across our Repton Family of Schools we have a strong track record of outstanding science results at IGCSE and IB. The successful candidate will join an experienced team who are complemented by a highly-skilled technician. Our spacious labs offer the flexibility required by our teachers to ensure the delivery of quality teaching and learning that meets the needs of all our learners.
You will deliver the subject in Upper Junior School.

Repton Al Barsha currently educates students from Nursery (FS1) to Year 11 and will be growing year on year through to Year 13.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a deep commitment to inspiring and challenging all learners
Utilises strong subject knowledge to plan and deliver engaging, effective, and impactful lessons
Skilled in designing lessons that encourage all students to think deeply and engage purposefully in their learning
Strong ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of an inclusive student community
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
Reflective and proactive in their practice, continuously seeking professional growth and development
Effective in managing time and workload, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm in a dynamic school environment
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism
Experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international school
Experience teaching
